Duties
  • Prepare meals as instructed by cook or Food Service Manager.
  • Set up serving lines
  • Serve and assist with serving meals to groups
  • Assure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of kitchen and dining areas at all times.
  • Assist with other duties as instructed by the Food Service Manager.
  • Work well with others as a team.
  • Weekends and some holidays mandatory.
