1:00-5:00 Workshop Session I (Basic I or Choice of 2 Advanced)
6:00-7:00 Dinner
7:30-9:00 Evening Programs (to include Fur Handling required for VTA certificate)
Sunday, June 28
7:00-7:45 AM Breakfast
8:00-12:00 Workshop Session II (Basic II or Choice of 2 Advanced)
12:00 Evaulation & Door Prizes
12:15 Lunch & Depature

Completion of Basic Track I and II plus attending evening Fur Handling will result in awarding a VTA Basic Trapping Certificate.

  • Basic Track I- Land Trapping (4hrs)
  • Basic Track II- Water Trapping (4hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Beaver/Otter (2hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Bobcat (2hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Coyote (2hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Dog Proof/ Racoon (2hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Fox (2hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Fur Handling (1 1/2 hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Muskrat (2hrs)
  • Advanced Track - Snaring (2hrs)


    Cost
    Early bird (before June 5): $85
    Regular (after June 5): $95 Includes Meals Saturday Lunch through Sunday Lunch, lodging, and all instruction. You will have the oppotunity to purchase an optional VTA Annual Membership at the event:

    Rustic but comfortable bunk style lodging. Please bring your own linens, pillow and toiletries.

    A health form, a list of items to bring, and other information will be sent as soon as your registration form has been received.
