Duties
- Prepare meals as instructed by cook or Food Service Manager.
- Set up serving lines
- Serve and assist with serving meals to groups
- Assure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Assist with other duties as instructed by the Food Service Manager.
- Work well with others as a team.
- Weekends and some holidays mandatory.
Duties

- Clean kitchen and dining hall.
- Wash dishes and pots/pans. All other clean up work involving a group.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Assist with other duties as instructed by Food Service Manager.
- Weekends and some holidays mandatory.
