Adventures at Airfield
For teens ready to embrace the outdoors and the adventures it provides.  While participating in structured activities with their peers, campers will learn life skills while enjoying adventurous activities such as canoeing, kayaking, shooting education (rifle, archery, shotgun), challenge course, pond ecology/fishing, advanced outdoor living skills, and swimming. At the conclusion of the camp, campers will enjoy an advanced canoeing and outdoor living skills overnight camping trip. On this camping trip, the campers will put their canoeing and wilderness survival skills to the test. While supervised, campers will canoe a significant distance, set up the campsite, fish, practice wilderness cooking, and clean up to follow “leave no trace behind” principles. We will take full advantage of the natural beauty of the Airfield Mill Pond and its surrounding environment. The Military Teen Adventure Camp will provide the perfect environment for campers to build lasting friendships and life skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.
